About VCE
Who we are
VCE GmbH was founded in 1994 by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Reinhardt Jünemann and other engineers of the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics (IML).
Since then the company has been working as an integrative logistics planner and developer of customized logistics IT. Our services are comprehensive and modular.
They start with strategic consulting, range from the various planning tasks to the realization and implementation of new processes with new technology and IT in a new building. We also offer comprehensive project management along our entire range of services.

Range of services
Our work as integrative logistics planners includes not only the solution of logistics planning tasks but also the integration of all aspects of building and planning law.
In addition to the material flow, we also deal with the flow of information. We provide optimal IT support for your logistics processes. For this purpose, we select and implement the appropriate logistics software or we develop individual software solutions for your special requirements.
We also organize the commissioning of the jointly planned project. To ensure first-class professional services, engineers from various disciplines work in a team with computer scientists and business economists. We currently have around 30 employees at our locations in Dortmund, Prien am Chiemsee and Vienna.

Three minds, one team
Responsible and at eye level, our management leads a team of experienced and extremely competent employees. Together we take over the technical management of VCE GmbH and are responsible for the internal quality assurance. We are at your service as central contact persons.

Our team is as diversified as the knowledge and experience that complex logistics projects entail.
In addition to experienced senior consultants, we employ young professionals – this is how we balance proven methods with innovative ideas. We currently have 32 employees and come from business studies, engineering, logistics and IT.
