We look back on 25 years of experience in the field of airport logistics. This includes the optimization of the air cargo center at Geneva Airport, the logistics planning of the air cargo center at Hamburg Airport as well as logistics planning for multi-storey car parks and relocation management of a terminal building at Vienna Airport.

Analysis

The first step is to analyse the existing infrastructure technology, the technology used and the current processes. We identify weak points and optimization potential. Based on the current processes and volumes, we determine the future target processes and volumes.

Planning

We develop a conclusive concept to eliminate existing weak points through well thought-out layouts and efficient processes. In addition to the structural layouts, we also design the conveyor and storage technology, taking into account the respective safety requirements. Of course, we also address issues of internal and external traffic access to these infrastructures and develop suitable solutions.

Realization

In cooperation with the client, architects and the companies involved, we implement the concept as project management through all planning and implementation phases, including the necessary tests, right up to the operational stage.
